LCBA Social Gathering from 5:30-6:30 pm on the Second Thursday of each month – come enjoy free drinks and appetizers in the bar at the Old Mill Brewpub on 711 East Main Street in Lexington. Come join your fellow LCBA members!

Where: Wingate by Wyndam, 108 Saluda Pointe Court, Lexington, SC 29072
When: February 12, 2020. Registration begins at 8:30. The program goes from 9-2 and we will provide a boxed lunch.
Topics will include:
-The SECURE Act-the major estate planning and tax changes and what your clients need to know
-Elements of a good estate plan: strategies for avoiding probate and reducing taxes for your clients
-Government benefits planning for clients considering long term care
-Dealing with divorce-taxes, QDROs, and what you need to know to advise clients
We are applying for 4 hours of CLE credit.
The LCBA Christmas Party is scheduled for Thursday, December 12th, at the Corley Mill House, 221 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. There will be catered food, drinks, as well as live music by the Amos Huffman Jazz Trio. This is a family friendly event, bring your spouse, your children, and enjoy some Christmas fun!

The Annual Business Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the Corley Mill House located at 221 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Our business meeting will be from 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm.
