Lexington County is preparing to begin e-filing on September 5, 2017 and we are told the other counties in the 11th circuit will follow. There will be an e-filing training session scheduled for August 24th at 2:00 p.m. at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 407 Ballpark Road, Lexington, SC 29072. It will last about an hour and 15 minutes, with 50 minutes to an hour of it being a CLE with practical instruction on e-filing.

They also have free webinars available, offered most Fridays at 10:00 a.m. The next webinar is scheduled for August 25th. There is another one scheduled for September 1st, then one on the 15th, then another on the 29th.

It provides good, basic information about the process for lawyers and paralegals and is a good way to learn the basics of the system.
